Tahini Banana Spiced Oatmeal
- 1 ¾ cup water
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 T flax seed
- 1 T tahini plus some for drizzling
- 1 t cinnamon
- ¼ nutmeg
- 1 large banana
- agave nectar to taste
- Bring water to a boil. Add oats and reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove oats from heat and stir in flax seed, tahini, cinnamon, and nutmeg
- Spoon Oats into 2 bowls and top with banana, and agave nectar. Drizzle with tahini and enjoy!
