This is my favorite smoothie ever. It is not my typical breakfast smoothie, but once in a while you just have to treat yourself.
- 1 cup chocolate hemp milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
Blend ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
Tips: I often add a handful of spinach or other greens I have on hand for added nutrition. Additional dairy free milk or water can be added to achieve desired consistency.
