For the Brownie:

  •  1 1/2 c oats
  • 3/4 c pecans
  • 3/4 c walnuts
  • 2 c dates
  • 1/4 c cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c melted coconut oil
  • 1 t vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Process all ingredients in a food processor until crumbly. Press into the bottom of an 8×8 pan. Refrigerate.

For the Frosting:

  •  1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 5-7 fresh strawberries (frozen will probably work as well, thawed)
  • 3-4 T almond milk
  • 2 T cocoa powder

1. Soak cashews in water for at least 2 hours

2. Drain Cashews

3. Blend all ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth

4. Spread frosting over brownie mixture

5. Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour before cutting into squares.
