I just realized that every post I have made so far has had quinoa in it. I promise not everything I make includes quinoa! Here is simple pasta salad recipe that is mighty good.
Tomatoe and Bean Bowtie Pasta Salad
- 8 oz bowtie pasta, cooked
- 1 can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 3/4 cup sweet peas
- 2 cups any variety tomatoes, diced
- 3-4 T grape seed oil
- 1 T fresh thyme
- 1 T of your favorite seasoning blend
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss.
