I just realized that every post I have made so far has had quinoa in it. I promise not everything I make includes quinoa! Here is simple pasta salad recipe that is mighty good.


Tomatoe and Bean Bowtie Pasta Salad

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta, cooked
  • 1 can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3/4 cup sweet peas
  • 2 cups any variety tomatoes, diced
  • 3-4 T grape seed oil
  • 1 T fresh thyme
  • 1 T of your favorite seasoning blend

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss.
